Pam Wood, born March 26, 1948 in Akron, Ohio, passed away March 7, 2010.
She was a graduate of North High School and the University of Akron. She was employed as a legal secretary with Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease. Pam was a quiet, private person with a warm and giving heart. Her smiles and giggles were infectious. Pam loved animals, especially her two cats, Buffy and Jenny. She also enjoyed traveling, the theatre, crafting and most of all her friends, of which she has many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Grover Lamka and her brother, Terry.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., Cuyahoga Falls, with Rev. Bob Blair officiating. Burial at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. If desired, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 4904 Quick Rd., Peninsula, OH 44264-9704. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
